Managed office payroll and scheduling, answering calls and creating quotes and and billing for work to be done or completed. Completed all functions of accounts payable and receivable and tracked spending for monthly reports. Worked with vendors to create job scheduling needs by priority and date to assure we had the right teams onsite to support them during 24/7 road operations.
