Daily Duties at Accenture:
• Conducted detailed analysis and benchmarking of operational and people costs across the organization; identified improvement opportunities by applying zero based budgeting principles • Led 6-member team in the identification and impact analysis of transformational cost reduction initiatives and operating model changes; developed, proposed and gained approval for Phase II implementation plan to Client CEO • Directed the short and long term integration and cutover plans, stakeholder and impact analysis and change plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams resulting in a smooth and timely transition to the new organization • Ensured high client satisfaction by delivering high impact transformations with limited resources as acting Director of the program • Managed the integration of operational processes across 10 departments impacting 500 employees; created standardized practices and presented lessons learned to senior leadership to leverage in future mergers and acquisitions • Planned, developed content and managed 16 weekly sessions and 8 operating model design workshops; engaged and aligned 26 Working Council Client leaders from 10 businesses with the new operating model • Established strong relationships with the Client Implementation Leads and core teams that ensured executive alignment and sponsorship through the discovery and design phases • Developed a long term operational readiness strategy and framework used by the client to guide the team through the next phase of operational readiness activities and actual implementation
