- Prepared commodity codes for all engineering disciplines. - Prepared requisition frame plan together with engineering and procurement group. - Planed, organized, directed and controlled all activities related to the procurement function. - Designed, implemented, managed and monitored procurement reporting system to meet company requirements. - Monitored data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information. - Prepared supply chain management procedures. - Prepared to be purchased materials with considering latest engineering requisitions and latest purchase orders. - Controlled engineering material requisitions and procurement purchase orders. - Controlled of material issuing to construction subcontractors. - Managed returns and rejections promptly with suppliers. - Planned procurement, inventory control, logistics and distribution. - Optimized material transfer through all construction areas and balanced material among the job site. - Optimized warehouse inventory. - Prepared report of surplus materials as well as prepared unique execution plan, procedure and guidelines. - Provided support for Engineering, procurement and construction groups on software operating.
