Directed multiple business units with oversight responsibilities and provided control support in areas with critical or high-risk functions. Responsibilities included overdrafts, receivable claims, reconciliations (sub-custodian network to CMS, suspense accounts and demand deposit accounts), operational audits and other miscellaneous control/compliance related functions within the Institutional Trust Department.
