As a senior member of the management team I was involved in all aspects of running a small company. This included financial and budgetary matters, development and implementation of new products/business lines, business structures and legal matters. Created, developed and implemented new products and lines of business for Company. Provided training for new clients and mentoring/coaching for existing clients.
