• Oversaw the consolidation of inside sales for $40 Million North Central region • Managed Field Account Managers and Field Applications Engineer in the Minneapolis marketplace, and inside sales team for the Minneapolis, Cleveland, and Chicago markets. • Drove Net Before Tax profitability (NBT), sales, gross profit, design win registrations, and performance to key supplier programs • Assign and revise sales accounts and budgets. • Oversee all Minnesota based personnel decisions. • Coach and develop sales strategies • Branch liaison for corporate initiatives including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs and e-commerce programs • Engage with all levels of customer: Design Engineers, Purchasing, and Senior Level Management
