Daily Duties at Penn Christian Academy:
Operations Management: Provide administrative and mentoring assistance to the Senior Administrator to achieve the organization’s goals Strengthen company's business by spearheading the development and implementation of the 8 year Strategic Plan Create and implement policies and procedures to achieve company objectives and goals Develop and direct strategies to achieve long and short term targets Chaired Development Committee and successfully spearheaded community fair that provided visibility for organization Spearhead the self-implementation of Benevon Fundraising Model and trained task force Served three years as active member of the Beyond the Books Fundraising Campaign taskforce that increased the organizations new donor base by total of 40% Manage multiple sub-committees and provide oversight to multiple projects and initiatives on a regular basis Created and joined committee to plan, implement and execute the organizations 1st annual 5K event raising $15,000 Secured six new community sponsorships for 5K event and established future business relationships and partnerships Review and approve institutions budgeting strategies to close substantial budget deficit Joined finance committee taskforce to solicit and cultivate new major gift donors for EITC, OSTC, and increase endowment Establish and optimize board-management relationships including conflict resolution and employee relations support Conduct employee relation investigations and facilitates effective communication and problem solving Review monthly key metrics to identify trends in tuition rates, enrollment, HR analytical and budget Create and facilitate presentations for annual organization meetings Manage and execute annual leadership development programs and activities Supervise and perform annual Performance Review of Senior Administrator
