Daily Duties at Alpha Solutions, Inc.:

Led a cultural change by directing the strategic planning and daily operations of the Change Management Initiative for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) design and implementation for the United States Navy. Led the identification of Change Management issues that could effect the successful implementation of a cultural change in the approach and delivery of Navy maintenance. Managed groups of resources (contract vendors and government personnel) in delivery of tactics aligned with the Change Management Strategy and Project Scope and Approach that would confront and overcome those issues.
