Daily Duties at Team Fisher Enterprises:
Acquired, renovated, and managed residential properties for low-to-middle income inner city tenants. Utilized the property management vehicle to mentor and teach tenants about responsible money management, goal setting, and living purpose-driven lives. Established strategic sourcing arrangements to optimize procurement of goods and services, and maximize overall value (cost and quality delivery) and company profitability (P&L). Developed and implemented plans to “hand” the business to my offspring.
