Responsible for facilities located in Central Florida representing over 1200 employees. Process owner for facility management, Real Estate leases, tenant/landlord issues, construction build outs, project management, space planning and utilization, mailroom, leased office equipment, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, vending services, facility related business continuity and recovery plans, Facility capital and operation and maintenance budgets. Utilities, generator and UPS systems.
