o Staff RN on a Neuro Surgical, GI, Urology and Trauma Unit. o Performed all surgical unit duties and critical care to patients in a fast paced, cardiac monitored hospital environment. o Served as preceptor for nursing students and mentored/trained new staff. o Provided patient and family teaching relative to disease process and safe discharge planning.
