Daily Duties at Weiser Church Of The Nazarene:
I was responsible to oversee the spiritual and physical condition of the church and it's people. 1. When I went to Weiser, I was told that the church needed a new building and a better building site. I developed Dream Team that would look at our existing facilities and work toward meeting the needs of a new building. We also analyzed the current property to determine that new property was needed. As I worked in this role, I was actively involved with the architect, excavating contractors, and electrical contractors as we prepared a new site were building. I also worked through the sale and purchase of a new piece of property for the church. 2. I developed small-group ministries that were effective during our entire ministry in Weiser. 3. I worked on the purchase and read model of a downtown facility for the use of our youth ministry and food pantry. 4. I worked with the youth ministry on a weekly basis planning and implementing their program. 5. I assisted with and directed the musical ministries of the church.
