Daily Duties at Call Source:
Lead intellectual property licensing solutions and product R & D for high-demand/value telecom assets on behalf of global e-commerce firms and broadcast advertising stakeholders. Cultivate C-level decision-maker referral base to grow annual revenues from zero to $500K with 70% gross margin. Execute IP asset search, management, control and enhanced call tracking and routing solutions consulting for advertisers, global direct response ad agencies and call centers. Technical talent team builder and specification designer for telephony application development and marketing project using Twilio's Open VBX. Control vendor relations, intellectual product sourcing, sales, licencing and all business development. Manage intellectual property client sourcing, relationships and brand reputation-building. Conduct broad research and extensive writing for marketing pieces, white papers and academic writing. Create IP licensing white papers, proposals and marketing materials. Held full P & L responsibilities for division which offers an intellectual property based telecommunications and lead generation product set. Completely restructured and expanded division product line and pricing structure and brought re-branded and redesigned intellectual property licensing product to market. Led 20% increase in gross margin of product licensing. Provided intellectual property subject matter expertise and thought leadership. Wrote and delivered enterprise-wide lead generation product and sales training and marketing. Positioned CallSource as leader in provision of custom lead generation toll free numbers for all verticals. Managed product sales, led negotiations and assisted Account Executives with monetization model and value proposition. Created and coordinated key marketing partnerships. Standardized rate sheet, conducted negotiations, created discounting structures. Led spec creation and consulting to web application development lead to create e-commerce marketing and web based research application for attached project:
