Daily Duties at Cedar Ridge Dental:

I was hired to assist the team of 12 by providing expertise in my leadership consulting skills. I was to perform Practice Analysis, and help Dr. Johnston in the transition of buying his own practice. I performed Financial Arrangements to all his patients, and increased the overall collections and productions of the office. My responsibilities were to be accountable for Case Acceptance, Collections, Production, Patient Care, and the negotiations to any patients accounts. I developed staff and trained them into our business systems. I started with Planning and Organizing and directed leadership with authority to manage the entire staff. I was responsible for Marketing, Vendors, team meetings, and published a weekly dental practice article. I performed numerous power point presentations to staff and vendors. I orchestrated the entire practice and represented the doctor in all aspects of the dental office.
