Accountable for all aspects of financial reporting for $350M Company. Responsible for monthly financial reporting package, strategic plan, annual financial plan, capital budget, cost reduction program; and presenting financial results to the Board of Directors, Bank Groups, Rating Agencies, and Executive Team. Prepared financial section of offering memorandum and made management/lender presentations to transition ownership from KKR to Harvest Partners and then Weston Presidio. Direct reports included: Treasurer and Tax Director, Controller, and Director of IT with a collective staff of 35.
