This included preparation of the strategic plan financials, annual financial plan, quarterly reporting to the banks, MD&A, month-end close, interim financial forecasts and upside/downside analysis. Managed staff of 6, responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis, Cost Accounting, Payroll, and bank and general ledger account reconciliations. Directed and prepared due diligence for debt restructuring, two segment divestitures, bank refinancing, and change-in-control.
