Provided confidential administrative support to the Region Business Director, ad hoc support for Field Sales Director, 7 District Managers, and 60 Sales Reps. Tracking and reporting for Region Management included budgets, field activity, coach plans, Management Development tracker, rosters, vacancies, and vacations. Maintained Region files and business records while managing several assignments simultaneously and prioritizing based on Region objectives; prepared Strategic and Business Plan presentations. Reviewed, processed and monitored all regional operating expenses, disbursement of marketing budgets in accordance to company financial reporting requirements and Health Care Compliance regulations. Coordinated new hire, termination, promotions and transfer procedures and processed the performance reviews for personnel including formulating region summaries and analysis. Responsible for administering the salary planning process with accuracy and confidentiality, and tracking bonuses and stock compensation. Responsible for administrative and procedure training of all new employees within the region; maintained confidentiality regarding compensation and other Human Resource related information. Prepared and maintained a variety of reports, projects and company databases. Compiled and distributed a monthly regional newsletter. Coordinated, negotiated and contracted regularly scheduled and ad hoc field sales meetings with outside vendors, including site selection, coordination of travel, catering, rooming lists, audio/visual requirements, and monitored a spending budget.
