Daily Duties at Forward Marketing:
Responsible for all new business pitches and business development resulting in $900,000 annual client fees • Develop all strategy, design and for new client initiatives to positively affect sales & brand awareness • Analyze client’s objective and brand identity to create exciting and innovative campaigns • Innovate and constantly modify internal processes to maximize efficiency • Monitor industry trends, brand activity and emerging campaigns to ensure complete understanding of client and competition • Analyze P&L and budget to maintain company profitability and proper investment in staff, management, vendors and general expenditures. • Forge relationships with professional partners specializing in critical elements of launch campaigns including public relations, social media, digital marketing and experiential • Hire and manage scalable in-house team of diverse staff in categories of production, promotion, administration and client services
