Daily Duties at Panda Restaurant Group:

• Responsible for all aspects of Safety, Hazardous Materials Management, Emergency Preparedness and Security for all 850 Panda restaurants, nationwide. • Enforce OSHA, RCRA, EPA and DOT • Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. • Work collaboratively with Human Resources and other departments to develop strategies to reduce the incidence and severity of worker injuries and worker compensation claims. • Ensure Safety and Hazardous Materials programs comply with applicable federal, state and local regulations. • Supervise staff: Evaluate and document work performance of Safety Technical Staff annually. Responsible for evaluations, discipline and counseling for Safety Technical Staff.
