 Ensured compliance in U.S Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1 regulations  Performed multiple process studies for specific high risk tasks  Directed daily safety meeting as well as abatement conferences with subcontractors  Completed daily walk through inspections of all site operations  Directed permit required confined space operations and inspections. This included floating vessels and barge structure integrity inspections  Created legally reviewed digital incident reenactments for internal training and investigations  Successfully managed the enforcement and oversight of the projects Clean Water Act
