• Developed proprietary “Holistic Fitness Theory” – a holistic system that enables clients to achieve and sustain physique and fitness transformations in “3-hours per week” • Corporate wellness program development and implementation • Cardiovascular assessments - determine cardiovascular fitness and customize exercise program • Conduct health seminars and fitness presentations • 6 direct reports with a network of over 50 trained professionals • Technology integration: website development, content writing, blogging, and administration; fitness app development; multiple touch point communication and feedback systems
