Recruited by CACI - Provided direct oversight to several teams of project management professionals, software developers, and engineers for various multimillion-dollar web-based software development projects in support of DoD & Federal clients throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and Caribbean. Developed business development plans for the Program and Project Managers to help grow their business. Marketed directly to Army, Joint Commands, CIA, AMC, DOS, DOJ and large commercial integrators in pursuit of long term multi-million dollar contracts. Successfully managed the short and long-term profitability and growth of the division. Defined project team members, estimated staffing composition, and created project schedules.
