One on one contact with client to coordinate all aspects on needs and requirement holding meeting.to in include every department in the hotel..including catering,room blocks,engineering,audio visual,housekeeping ,outlet use,accounting,decor,function outside hotel,transportation . Also responsibility for catering budgets and responsible for banquet and houseman.
