Daily Duties at American Ford:
My responsibilities included introducing computers, and the internet to the sales staff. We created the initial websites for the dealership and created online traffic. I implemented the CRM system for the sales staff, represented the dealer during the implementation. I ran the new car department as a Sales Manager, hiring, training, developing sales staff. I restructured the Leasing Department to include the sales staff during the sales process
