Daily Duties at Game Stop:

Supervision of 19 retail locations, approximately 125 associates with a total volume of $8 million. Took over underperforming district with several loss prevention and human resource issues and had resolution within 4 months. Duties include daily involvement with associates at all levels and direct customer interaction thereby creating a specialty retail environment. Scope of responsibilities included succession planning, recruitment, talent acquisition, training, customer sales and service, merchandising, and financial reporting.
