Daily Duties at Payless Shoe Source:
Supervision of 28 store locations, with approximately 200 associates with a volume of $18 million. Use of the 4 Disciplines of Execution to drive results. Responsible for business initiatives of providing a customer service experience that exceeds expectation in conjunction with business development strategies on a by store basis to drive sales and profits. Corporate partner with merchandising and product selection and human resources with associate development and peer mentoring. Manage payroll and expense budgets and labor utilizing the Kronos staffing software system. Corporate Special Project assignments include: Talent Selection and development of District and Group Leaders. Implemented a business plan and strategy for the entire district of Multi-Store Leader as a Company Test. Extensive involvement with Corporate Recruiting Strategy Project and Talent Selection and Development of Business Leadership candidates program.
