Daily Duties at Med Impact Healthcare Systemes Inc. :

• LMS/LCMS and Performance Management (PM) Implementation, administration and optimization – SumTotal Systems • Strategic performance analysis, business Intelligence to provide GAP analysis on work processes and operating procedures • Leadership program design – employee on-boarding and development • Instructional systems design ADDIE and RPD for over 10 MedImpact Products (New systems roll out, including technical training) • Implement - Facilitate/workshops instructor led and e-learning training programs (WBT) to support business unit’s and call center goals • Call center training
