• Administered VDOT's (Virginia Department of Transportation) Supportive Services program for Minority and Women owned firms, performing on Springfield Interchange and Woodrow Wilson Bridge projects • Provided contract negotiation, capacity assessment, dispute resolution, financial analysis, prompt payment compliance, proposal writing, estimating, bid submission, joint venture administration, mentor/protégé administration and financial analysis services to twenty-five MBE firms • Twenty-five MBE firms successfully contracted Sixty-Five Million ($65M) worth of work on the Springfield Interchange and Woodrow Wilson Bridge projects
