Daily Duties at Armand Resource Group, Inc. :
• Developed and implemented the contract compliance monitoring and oversight program requirements for the DBE, EEO, and OJT programs. Administered contract compliance for the • DBE/EEO/OJT programs via Title VI compliance reviews, Davis - Bacon interviews and comprehensive EEO compliance reviews • Provided managerial oversight for the On -the- Job Training program and chaired its executive oversight committee • Ensured compliance and quality assurance of 49 CFR Part 26 (DBE program requirements). 23 CFR 230 (EEO program requirements) in addition to SHA (State Highway Administration) and FHWA (Federal Highway Administration) compliance matters for the ICC a $550 million dollar mega-project the largest road construction project in the history of the State of Maryland. • Achieved 100% DBE, EEO and OJT Compliance on Contract C. Team won the Women's Transportation Seminar's Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award • Exceeded DBE goal of 20% on Contract C achieved 25% DBE participation.
