• Served as the Project Team Leader for five (5) Consultants while administrating the Supportive Services contract for the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority's Equal Opportunity Program Evaluated procurement and Title VI and VII certification and goal setting methodology • Developed administrative procedures to ensure compliance with program regulations • Administrated contract compliance, IT coordination and clerical services • Negotiated development and procurement of compliance reporting software to accurately track and report minority participation • Eradicated all delinquent DBE/LDBE firms from Authority's portfolio delivering a 100% compliance status for all firms listed as certified DBE/LDBE • Increased the participation goals for DBE/LDBE firms by 300%
