Daily Duties at Marta:

EEO-DBE Analyst • Ensure that the full range of complex contracts with MARTA and governmental EEO/DBE; OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance program); Title VI; ADA; and Environmental Justice meet contract compliance requirements • Conduct DBE certification reviews, analyze complex financial and corporate documents and recommend approval of DBE certifications • Review the DBEs certification eligibility, personal financial statements and contract history, and recommend applicants for approval. Participate in contract pre-planning processes and post award meetings • Attend pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences to explain EEO/DBE requirements including a description of required supporting documentation that must be submitted • Review and monitor the implementation of contractors’ affirmative action plans, outreach programs, and EEO goal attainment • Recommend DBE participation percentages in contracts and monitor compliance • Confirm that certified DBEs are used on contracts and provides DBEs with technical information and support on short/long range contract opportunities with the Authority • Investigate complaints and seek resolution for problems relating to EEO and DBE contractual matters • Graduated from Transit Supervisor Certificate Program in first six months of employment
