Daily Duties at Signature Government Solutions :
As a Subject Matter Expert Level V, I work as part of the Information Security Team. My duties include document support where I assist the Technical Writer by reviewing documents written by Component Validation Team members. I was the lead for scheduling and primary Point of Contact for training on the Spirent appliance and created some technical worksheets to be used by Engineers for testing purposes. I am responsible for creating new projects in the Configuration Management application used by my customer. Doing administrative tasks such as adding and deleting members of the group that has access to that project and administering the authority members have within the project. I am assigned to monitor Remedy for our immediate group and report on the number of assigned open tickets and notify personnel when a ticket is assigned to them.
