Provided administrative oversight of a 180-person guard force and coordinated the 24/7 staffing of 30 guard positions. Developed physical security strategies by developing a comprehensive Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection program focused on preventing, detecting, and preparing for terrorist attacks. Provided technical and operational advice to senior managers of a U.S. warship with over 2,500 assigned personnel with over $1 Billion worth of equipment. Successfully met an aggressive 18-month operational schedule by collaborating with senior department heads and prioritizing conflicting travel, training, and certification activities.
