Coordinated 320 personnel to staff 94 guard positions 24/7 (over 1,800 manpower hours per day). Forecasted budget needs for 900 guard force personnel. Ensured training, travel, and per diem costs did not exceed annual budgets of $1 to $2 million. Prioritized conflicting tasks among five government agencies and numerous support contractors to coordinate production scheduling, training, maintenance, ordnance moves, and training exercises.
