Directly responsible for all Operations-Sales-Account Executives-Fleet Mechanics-Office Managers-Division Managers-District Managers-Sales Planners-Union and non union route sales representatives-(120 plus employees in total) Responsible for all Club-Mass-Supermarket and C-Store retail business Responsible for all Safety Programs Southern NH-Mass including Marthas Vineyard-Nantucket- Conn and Block Island-Rhode Island Distribution Centers Woburn, Ma-Franklin Ma-Wareham Ma-Orange Ct Responsible for P&L $22m of Entenmann Business Operationally Responsible for thrift recovery stores in Brockton, Ma-Wareham, Ma-Providence RI-Orange Ct Responsible for $40m P&L on the Entenmann Business Increased Market Share (Nielson and IRI data) Successfully negotiated a multi-brand "VBI" (volume based incentive program) at Ahold for all George Weston Bakery brands (now Bimbo Bakeries) Promotional budget 12% of net revenue dollars Challenged and Achieved a "table merchandising program" in 780 Ahold stores (S&S-GOL-GOC) Met quarterly with each Ahold Vice Presidents and staff with full business updates on sales $- profit-VBI updates-etc... Managed 5 Field Managers
