Management of an academic medical research site, a Research Partnership between Tampa General Hospital and the University of South Florida (USF). Assisted in design and development of site which grew from ground floor start-up in 1999 to coordinating and conducting over seventy clinical research trials, budgeted at over $3.5 million. Our clients included major Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies. Set medical industry standard for quality in drug and device research by developing standardized budget models and streamlined research systems. Created policies and procedures to ensure safety and excellence in research. Designed and implemented innovative training tool for research personnel. Created a system to streamline regulatory documentation to expedite FDA drug approval
