Perpetuated a 20% increase in guest credit utilization by managing the Target 5% rewards project.  Presented and sold the business case to leadership and distributed an execution plan for the Target 5% rewards plan, which became Target's premier loyalty program.  Managed a $2M budget for marketing communication on new Target consumer accounts.  Created successful analysis and communication plans, tailored to individual guests that increased consumer credit product utilization.  Developed marketing campaign strategies, messages, timing and guest segments and collaborated with the marketing team to create the final pieces.
