Perpetuated a 20% increase in guest credit utilization by managing the Target 5% rewards project. Presented and sold the business case to leadership and distributed an execution plan for the Target 5% rewards plan, which became Target's premier loyalty program. Managed a $2M budget for marketing communication on new Target consumer accounts. Created successful analysis and communication plans, tailored to individual guests that increased consumer credit product utilization. Developed marketing campaign strategies, messages, timing and guest segments and collaborated with the marketing team to create the final pieces.
