Daily Duties at Target Corporation:

Developed strategic plans and a change management strategy for the global organizational restructuring of more than 100 team members.  Managed an international team of 25 managers, leads and specialists in a stability driven operations environment supporting over 12 in-house and contracted contact centers.  Established the team culture, created a mission and vision while generating leadership buy-in.  Identified $40M in savings for a seven year, $210M+ external vendor contract and negotiated a 16% savings for the life of the contract  Assisted in the launch of the Canada Target Debit Card and a Canadian contact center.  Created a senior manager forum that met monthly to receive information and advice from the VP leadership team.  Exceeded Company performance expectations for project results, on time and on budget projects and earning excellent feedback ratings from partners, direct reports and their teams.
