Daily Duties at Target Corporation:
Developed strategic plans and a change management strategy for the global organizational restructuring of more than 100 team members. Managed an international team of 25 managers, leads and specialists in a stability driven operations environment supporting over 12 in-house and contracted contact centers. Established the team culture, created a mission and vision while generating leadership buy-in. Identified $40M in savings for a seven year, $210M+ external vendor contract and negotiated a 16% savings for the life of the contract Assisted in the launch of the Canada Target Debit Card and a Canadian contact center. Created a senior manager forum that met monthly to receive information and advice from the VP leadership team. Exceeded Company performance expectations for project results, on time and on budget projects and earning excellent feedback ratings from partners, direct reports and their teams.
