Daily Duties at Target Corporation:

Promoted to reorganize and build group infrastructure by assessing talent, identifying gaps, establishing leadership roles, and building a strategy around foundational support.  Hired, trained, developed and currently direct a large global team in the U.S. and India composed of senior managers, managers, leads and specialists; each with 2-15+ years of executive experience.  Manage three budgets totaling $51M, consistently at or under annual allocations.  Created, governed and continuously improved a $40M enterprise project portfolio and funding process for over 150 initiatives that included new rollouts, run-state and release management.  Developed and implemented strategies and communication plans for a cross-functional partner IT committee to collaborate, support and impact the IT infrastructure and run-state.  Cultivated a strong communication strategy based on communication support and channel utilization, including new tools delivered monthly, educating our client base and establishing timelines for contribution.  Successfully lead an organizational change management effort by establishing Target's point of view, researching parallel disciplines, building a framework, creating tools, testing and generating feedback through a pilot project.  Developed and implemented the change management and migration plans across the organization for Salesforce.com as a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.  Implemented content management tools to supply my team with a data repository, process and function maps and a searchable source of information to supplement the Corporate Wiki and SharePoint sites.
