Daily Duties at Rainin Instruments, Llc:
Focus on global service operations and providing key account management and training support for our EU, APAC, and ROW locations. Directly manage multiple customer owned remote repair, preventive maintenance (PM), and calibration facilities for a top three (3) account. This includes global training, technical bulletins, service manuals, translations, spare parts, pricing, and technical support. Manage a global technical support call center team in providing timely technical support of company's products and services to customers, field sales and service personnel, and approved distributors. Provide product service management responsibilities for new product launches and existing product lines. This includes planning, research, timeline, milestones, deliverables, budgets, implementation, P&L, monitoring, spare parts, ERP, pricing, and EOL/EOSL. Secondary job responsibilities include: all job responsibilities as held as the Technical Training Manager and almost all Regional Service Manager duties. Partner with and routinely lead cross-functional teams in injection molding (class 100,000 clean room), packaging, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and sales and marketing in meeting global business needs. Write RFP’s, SLA’s, business plan proposals for service accounts. Write technical documentation, user manuals, SOP's, and training presentations. Manage the global service intranet page – grant access, approve and post content, update training calendar, and review for relevancy. Update and maintain training Db. Ensure audit ready. ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 17025:2005 readiness, audits, SOP’s, and processes.
