Daily Duties at Startek, Inc:

Paging Physicians to hospitals, setting up Consults, Triaging callers (parents or patients) to provide assistance with decision to use home care, see physician the next day, go to an Urgent Care, go to ER or call 911. This is all decided through a set of protocols and interview with caller.
