Served as a Contracting Officer Representative for: IAP Worldwide Services, Berger/Cummins JV, Fluor Intercontinental, and Inglett & Stubbs International. Contracting Officer Representative for a $15 million and $9 million contracts for power plants at two different installations, managed 20 contractors between two installations and performed electrical inspection for life, health and safety of 5,000 troops throughout six bases in Afghanistan.
