Oversaw loan origination system conversion. Performed tracking of multi-million dollar loan portfolio. Sought and established new accounts through outside marketing, cold calling, and building upon current corporate relationships. Designed marketing campaigns to build customer base and market share. Conversed with credit agencies, account executives, appraisers, title companies, and third party underwriters. Directed weekly staff meetings, and supervised 20-25 employees at 6 branches locations.
