Daily Duties at Make Music:
Led teams involved in development of e-commerce systems, web re-branding, marketing analytics, and system/database merges with acquired companies. Coached/managed four teams delivering new releases of the company’s flagship retail product, Finale, and the subscription service, SmartMusic, across Windows, Mac, and iOS (iPad).
