Daily Duties at Igi Pacific Northwest:
Leadership, vision, and clear focus in managing the entire Pacific Northwest production facility. Strategic leadership, planning, organization, and execution of business needs. Leadership development and employee relations by aligning employee performance with the organization's mission, strategies, and business objectives. Training, development, and documentation of facility personnel Regulatory and resource compliance (i.e. ISO, OSHA, GMP, etc)
