Managed complete business unit generating $20 million dollars of revenue a year for Siemens. Through effective marketing, sales and operations management increased revenue of business unit from $5 million to $20 million and added products to portfolio to a value of over $200 million per year within two years. Management of complete groups of engineering, sales, product marketing, quality assurance, administration, and customer support. Profit and loss responsibilities along with generation and development responsibilities of Siemens network management vision. Directed the efforts to work with other Siemens divisions specifically hardware divisions pertaining to network management strategy and product roadmaps. Spoke at telephony conferences on network management. Attended and held sales calls to meet with executive level management to present products. Directed complete engineering efforts for a suite of network management software called APM. Was in charge of groups to perform duties for requirements gathering, architecture, design, development and quality assurance. Set high-level goals for individual team members and for software group as a whole. Set forth standards for development and delivery of software to meet with ISO 9001 and later TL900 requirements.
