Ran engineering organization to oversee all engineering, Q&A and support functions of the company. Generated business plans for Pinpoint Technologies to show new company vision and focus with investors and venture capital also met with investor and venture capital firms. Developed complete RFID product line and generated forecasting and sales projections for RFID products. Complete startup of company (DigitalConnex) from a general idea into an operating company and sold interest to Pinpoint Technologies.
