Ran product management and drove process of complete operation of the company. Generated business unit business plans for new and existing products. Developed the process for company strategic growth in both sales and operational profit. Oversaw generation of complete company five year business and product plan. Also developed methods to follow and track objectives for the business. Provided direction to all cross functional groups to make the company more operationally efficient and to reduce the amount of money spent on development work and product launch through manufacturing. Ran product management group to closely align with product marketing activities for division along with product portfolio and product strategy for the company. Was initially hired to create a single pain of glass management suite of tools for all of 3Com’s network equipment which quickly evolved to managing all servers and network infrastructure.
