Daily Duties at L Loyd It Staffing:
-General onsite LAN and peripheral troubleshooting for the NYC Department of Education -Ran cables and patched panels in NYC public schools. -Converted Greenpoint banks to North Fork banks via installation of printers, scanners, and workstations -Provided training to North Fork employees on new technologies. -Worked with many different server teams over the phone, troubleshooting issues with their servers and routers from their data centers.
