Daily Duties at Management Company:
Assuming a leadership role in decision making Developing and implementing a full range of traditional and creative marketing techniques to ensure maximum occupancy Maintaining ongoing communication with owners’ representatives Ensuring the continuing education and training of property staff Ensuring compliance with all state and local housing guidelines Supervising all maintenance programs in connection with interior and exterior conditions and the overall appearance of the property Performing collection analysis and reporting of statistical data as needed Serving as a positive representative of the property and clients at all times within the community Collecting monthly assessments, rental fees and deposits Showing property to prospective residents, explaining lease terms and providing information about the local area Executing accurate leases Recruiting, hiring and managing property staff and maintenance technicians Coordinating and overseeing general maintenance, repairs, construction and renovation projects Ensuring sound financial performance of assets Maintain cohen esrey’s standard’s of excellence Maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction and retention Addressing and resolving resident complaints and concerns and maintaining good overall customer relations Taking responsibility for contract services negotiation as well as day to day monitoring of vendor performance Strict adherence to property operating plan and budget Walking the property grounds regularly to inspect the property and note any maintenance or other issues that require attention Managed 1,200 units Supervised 24 employess
